Sometime using a windows for longtime it became slower because of some temp: file. You have to erase them.
To do goto start>run, write "prefetch", it will ask for permision, click continue, than prass Ctrl+A and after that prass delete. Done. Sometime these temp: file became 1 or 2 GB. It takes space from your drive.And slow your computer.
